She has worked on small to very large transportation projects from $100,000 to $14 billion dollars. Both as design/build and design/bid/build projects, with a proven history of saving the client and the Utilities anywhere from $2 Million to $28 Million dollars.
Our approach is to review the entire project for utility conflicts, then assist the engineer and utility agency owner in innovative ideas for resolution. We assist in troubleshooting projects to get them back on schedule and within budget. Creating an environment of Cooperation, through open communication in coordination and obtain the commitment necessary for a successful project.
